non-disclosure agreement

The terms of TonalChemist Audio’s Auditory Music NDA ensure that no part of your auditory music will be used for content purposes before your officially stated release date.

Auditory music refers to anything that can be heard—rough drafts, final mixes, stems, previews, or any sound-based content that represents your music. This NDA protects your right to keep all audio private until your music is released publicly.

This means TonalChemist Audio will not upload, post, or share any part of your auditory music—including snippets, previews, background music in videos, or anything else that can be heard—before your release date.

Once your release date has passed, you agree that TonalChemist Audio may use your auditory music for content purposes—such as project highlights, marketing reels, promotional showcases, or other similar uses—indefinitely. This helps us highlight our work while still respecting your rights.

If no official release of your music occurs after the stated release date, you acknowledge that TonalChemist Audio may use your auditory music to showcase and protect our work as part of our portfolio, marketing materials, and promotional content presented to prospective clients.

TonalChemist Audio will never claim ownership of your music. All creative rights and ownership remain fully yours, regardless of how your music is used in any of our content.

By “giving you an option to view this page,” you confirm your understanding of this agreement and acknowledge that TonalChemist Audio will follow these terms—respecting your music’s privacy until your release date, and using it responsibly after that without claiming any ownership.
