Content Agreement

By viewing this page, you agree that TonalChemist Audio may use any part of the “artist-to-producer” interactions for marketing, sales, promotional, and other content purposes—both before and after the release of your music—indefinitely.

“Artist-to-producer” interactions include, but are not limited to, phone calls, video calls, text messages, emails, and similar communications. While we will respect the terms of your NDA when creating content, please note that NDA restrictions apply only to your auditory music.

Example:
Suppose you have signed our NDA, which states that no part of your auditory music will be shared or published before your release date. However, if you send a text message saying, “Wow, that rough draft version is sounding really good! I will definitely be a return client,” we may use that statement for content purposes. This is because it does not include any auditory music.

Auditory music refers specifically to sound-based content—what people can hear. It does not include written or spoken commentary about your music when no sound is present.

After your release date has passed, TonalChemist Audio reserves the right to use your auditory music for content purposes—such as promotional reels, testimonials, project showcases, or similar marketing materials.

TonalChemist Audio will never claim ownership of your music. All rights to your music remain entirely yours, regardless of how we feature it in promotional content.

All other parts of the interactions between the producer and artist may be recorded, documented, and used for various content purposes across online and in-person platforms prior and after the release date.

By “giving you an option to view this page,” you confirm that you understand and accept these terms and acknowledge TonalChemist Audio’s right to use artist-producer interactions—and your auditory music—for content purposes, without claiming ownership.
